1. Scope
This policy applies to short body activity session services provided by Purgewipe to organisational and individual clients in the United Kingdom. As services are delivered live rather than as physical goods, traditional "returns" do not apply. This policy covers cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds.
2. Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Where you contract with us at a distance (online, by email, or telephone) as a consumer, you may have a fourteen-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, unless you have expressly requested that services begin within the cancellation period and acknowledged that your right to cancel may be lost once the service has been fully performed.
For organisational (B2B) contracts, different terms may apply as set out in your service agreement.
3. Cancellation by the client
- Individual session: at least forty-eight hours' notice before the scheduled start — no charge
- Within forty-eight hours: the session fee for that slot may still apply
- Full programme cancellation: thirty days' written notice for ongoing engagements beyond the initial six-week onboarding
4. Cancellation by Purgewipe
We may cancel due to facilitator unavailability, unsafe conditions at the session location, or force majeure. We will offer rescheduling or a credit for the affected session.
5. Refund eligibility
Refunds may be issued when:
- A prepaid session is cancelled by us and cannot be rescheduled within thirty days
- A billing error results in duplicate or incorrect charges
- A consumer exercises a valid statutory cancellation right within the applicable period
- An organisation withdraws during onboarding within fourteen days, provided no more than two sessions have been delivered
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen working days.
6. Non-refundable items
- Sessions already delivered
- Late cancellations (under forty-eight hours) unless agreed otherwise in writing
- Onboarding fees after the first delivered session
7. Consumer Rights Act 2015
Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. If we fail to meet this standard, you may be entitled to repeat performance or a price reduction. These statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
